Returns
- We accept returns only if your item arrives defective.
- If this happens, please contact us at support@twentytwoea.com so we can make it right.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a full refund for that product.
Refunds
- You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
- If your item is a pre-order, you may request a refund anytime before your order is fulfilled.
- Refunds are sent back to your original payment method once approved.
