Returns

• We accept returns only if your item arrives defective.
• If this happens, please contact us at support@twentytwoea.com so we can make it right.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a full refund for that product.

Refunds

• You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
• If your item is a pre-order, you may request a refund anytime before your order is fulfilled.
• Refunds are sent back to your original payment method once approved.

Before You Order

• Please read the product descriptions carefully — they’ll let you know the estimated shipment or production times for each item.
• At checkout, you can check the box to receive weekly order updates so you’ll always know how production and shipping are progressing.
